Some funny and interesting things happened during my shoots

For the technological photoshoot, I wanted a way to display AI using my own images of the components of machinery. I decided the best way to achieve this was by taking apart my television. I'm wearing a mask because of how dusty the inside of the TV was. I used a hairdryer to clear the dust which sent particles everywhere and without the mask I would've surely started sneezing, plus it's 2021, masks are in season anyways.

I had the idea to use my Monster Energy cans as an advert in my magazine. I've been collecting two of every colour and I used to keep every single can I bought, this quickly took over my shelves so I threw away all but two of every type. They sit on my 'sentimental shelves' a place in my bedroom where I place random keepsakes from the past. For the shoot, I removed everything from my shelf but the cans and took some close ups. Although useless other than adding some colour to my grey room, I knew I'd use them one day for something.

The Heaton Hall photoshoot was successful. I chose to go on a day that was cold and windy so that there would be few people around to photobomb my project. This however froze me to the core and made me take photos much slower than I wanted. The things I do for art. I passed a large group of tourists who were also taking pictures of the historic building, embarrassingly the tour guide thought I was a part of her group as I was taking random pictures of the structure. I shook my head and awkwardly walked away.

On the way back to the car after my awkward encounter, I took several pictures of trees that were barren. This is because I find trees inspiring and a building inspired by branches would be an incredible structure. The heart of the reason why I took these images was because I'd only taken a couple hundred images of the Hall, knowing that at least half would be unusable, I took pictures of everything I could, this included trees. But they look nice I suppose.

A few days after the Heaton Hall shoot, it decided to snow outside. Learning from my mistakes, I put on a jumper and a coat, not wanting to freeze a second time in the same week. These images were used as part of my foliage shoot and it was a nice experience for me as I love the snow, it was around 2 in the morning so nobody was awake. Or so I thought. I was taking pictures with the flash on and the neighbour leaned out of the window and threw a snowball at me, which scared me half to death.
